This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“you” or “User”) and Tim Grube (“we,” “us,” or “Licensor”), the developer of the mobile application Currency Convvatch (“the App”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible Android device that you own or control, subject to this Agreement.
The App, including all content, code, design, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App are and shall remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors.
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Reproduce, distribute, lease, rent, or sublicense the App to others
3. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any illegal activity
Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
Upload or transmit viruses, worms, or other malicious code
Use the App to collect or harvest any information without consent
Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its performance or functionality
4. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how data is collected, used, and stored. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding our privacy practices.
We may provide updates, patches, or changes to the App at any time. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. This Agreement will apply to any updates unless we provide a separate license with those updates.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend this license at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy, reliability, or availability
Non-infringement
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
You acknowledge and agree that:
The App is intended only for general informational purposes. It is not intended to provide financial, investment, or trading advice, and should not be used as the sole basis for making financial decisions.
The currency data, charts, and alerts provided through the App are based on third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the information is complete, real-time, or error-free.
Alerts and push notifications are not guaranteed to be delivered or received. You may miss important alerts due to technical limitations such as device restrictions, network issues, or user settings.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Any loss of money, profits, business, or data
Any reliance on the App’s data or alerts
Any failure of the App to perform as expected
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with the App, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sweden for any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement.
The App is intended for use worldwide. If you access or use the App from outside Sweden, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. You also acknowledge that your data may be transferred and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States, where Firebase (our service provider) operates.

Thank you for using Currency Convvatch (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app, which provides currency conversion, charts, and alerts delivered via push notifications. The app is available globally on the Google Play Store.
We are committed to minimizing data collection and protecting user privacy. We do not collect any personal information such as name, email address, or location. However, we use third-party services (Firebase by Google, Sentry, Play Store) that collect technical information.
a) Automatically Collected Data (with Consent)
In case of a crash, we collect data that is solely used to improve app performance and user experience. It is only collected if the user provides consent in the app. In that case we collect the following data:
App version
Device model
Device online or offline during crash
Operating system version
Granted/Declined app permissions
b) User-Triggered Data (with Consent)
If you opt in to use the alert feature, we store:
A Firebase-generated anonymous user ID
Your Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for delivering push notifications
These are stored only if:
You consent to receiving push notifications.
You have created an alert and the alert is enabled.
We use the collected data to:
Deliver alerts and push notifications (with your consent).
Diagnose and fix app errors (only if you give consent for crash analysis with Sentry).
We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.
We use services provided by Firebase, a Google LLC product, including:
Firebase Cloud Messaging
Firebase Anonymous Authentication
Firebase Remote Configurations
These services may process and store data in accordance with Google’s privacy practices. Learn more at: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Firebase may transfer and store data on servers located in the United States or other countries. By using our app, you consent to this international data transfer.
When you first launch the app, you will be asked to opt in to Sentry for crash analysis.
You can change your consent choices at any time in the app settings.
You can use the all features of the app without giving consent for Sentry.
We only save your anonymous Firebase user ID and push token if you actively use alerts.
Anonymous user IDs and push notification tokens are stored only while alerts are active.
If you turn off alerts or revoke consent, this data is deleted from our database.
This app is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Our app is 100% free to use. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will:
Notify you via in-app messages or update notes
Request renewed consent, if legally required
